SHOE SHOW, INC., the country’s largest privately held footwear retailer in business 64 years with more than 1,000 stores in 47 states, is seeking an experienced Lease Administration- Landlord Repairs associate to join our team. This position is available in the corporate headquarters located in Concord, NC. Local candidates are encouraged to apply!
What you will do:
· Review and interpret retail store lease language; including, but not limited to, provisions detailing tenant and landlord responsibilities, tenant and landlord maintenance, and HVAC responsibility provisions.
· Receive and triage notifications of repairs for store locations.
· Update Landlord Repair log in the Company’s tracking system daily- including the addition of new work orders and updating existing work orders through resolution of the repair issue.
· Effectively and clearly communicate with landlords and resolve landlord-tenant disputes.
· Generate vouchers for manual payments or other miscellaneous expenses.
· Generate receivables for reimbursable expenses.
· Work on special projects as needed.
· Applicant must be extremely organized and be able to work independently.
Software Applications:
· JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
· BOSaNOVA – intermediate skill level preferred
· MS Office - intermediate skill level preferred
