Job Title
A Server at Shoney's is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve guests in accordance with company procedures, with the goal of delivering excellent guest service.
- Possess knowledge of all menu and food bar products to answer questions and provide recommendations.
- Take accurate guest orders and assist with any menu or food bar item questions.
- Provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to guests at all times.
- Prepare and serve beverages and desserts as ordered by guests.
- Ensure food orders are prepared and served in a timely manner, checking for quality and accuracy before serving.
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure they have everything required to complete their meal.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their meal is satisfactory and if additional service is needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area according to company standards.
- Perform additional job tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
