Job Overview:
We seek a passionate and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our coaching team and community of athletes. You will lead and instruct group classes, motivate clients and ensure a safe and effective workout environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coach functional fitness classes and provide personalized coaching to participants
- Demonstrate exercises and techniques while ensuring proper form and safety
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Develop and implement challenging and dynamic workout routines
- Guide nutrition, recovery, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
Qualifications:
- NSCA, ACSM, USAW, CrossFit, or relevant fitness certification
- Experience in coaching or instructing group fitness classes
- Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and exercise physiology
- Familiarity with various fitness modalities including Olympic Weightlifting, gymnastics, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
