SHB's litigation practice is growing! We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning Product Liability practice group and join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. Experience attending trials as a Paralegal is preferred.

Following an onsite training period, the position is Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Tampa, FL office. Travel required for trials and may extend to multiple weeks at a time, but limited to 2-3 times per year.

- Bachelor's (4 year) degree and two (2) plus years of litigation experience; 2 year degree and four (4) plus years of litigation experience; or no degree and six (6) plus years of experience.
- Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required.
- Preferred : at least 1 year as a Paralegal.
- Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred.
