- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on their claims
- Coordinate with medical providers to obtain necessary medical records and reports
- Prepare and file workers' compensation claims with the appropriate state agencies
- Three to five years of experience as a claims adjuster or claims manager
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
