Job Summary

This role involves providing guest service while operating a point of sale system to record transactions accurately and maintaining sanitized procedures according to I.H.S. standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform STAR Service to provide exceptional guest service.
• Operate Point of Sale (cash register) system to ensure proper accounting and casino policies are followed.
• Maintain sanitized procedures, including pre-bussing tables, checking drink levels, changing ashtrays, removing clutter, and providing napkins.
• Report any unsafe working conditions to immediate Supervisor.
