We believe the onboarding process sets the tone for a client’s success. As an onboarding specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for new clients, guiding them through every step of the way - integrating, collecting and displaying reviews. Your role is to create a seamless and positive experience, ensuring clients feel supported, confident, and ready to maximize the benefits of Shopper Approved.

- Own and Manage Client Relationships: Be the trusted advisor for new clients, building strong relationships from day one.
- Educate and Train Clients: Lead walkthroughs via Zoom, email, or phone to teach clients about our features and best practices.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with our integration team to ensure a smooth setup and provide timely updates to clients.
- Problem-Solve and Troubleshoot: Address client questions, resolve any issues, and mentor clients on how to get the most from our products.
- Stay Organized and Proactive: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and needs while monitoring accounts to ensure full utilization of our services.
