General Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and dependable General Laborer to join our CNC manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing PVC pipes on our CNC machines. Additionally, you will be tasked with adhering branding stickers to machines and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with power tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install PVC pipes onto CNC routers and plasma machines accurately and efficiently.
• Apply branding stickers to machines and equipment, ensuring proper placement and alignment.
• Operate various power tools safely and effectively, including saws, drills, and cutters.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Assist in machine setup and material handling as needed.
• Regularly lift and carry materials, often up to 50 pounds or more.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure work is completed on time and to specifications.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met on all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or with power tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, twist, kneel, and lift heavy items regularly throughout the day.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Capability to stand, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Job Type: Full-time
