You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience, which is integral to maintaining ShopSabre’s exceptional reputation for top-notch service.
This position directly reports to the Inventory Manager and collaborates closely with our Technical Support team, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment. What You’ll Do:
- Customer Focused: Quote, follow up on, and fulfill customer part orders through various channels (web, email, phone).
- Efficient Workflow: Receive and process orders while maintaining an organized, smooth order flow.
- Order Management: Enter and complete orders using our inventory system (Epicor) and track status to ensure timely deliveries.
- Problem Solver: Collaborate with the tech support team to handle customer RMAs and work orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Invoicing and Payments: Manage invoicing, payment processing, and send customers invoices according to their preferences.
- Communication Pro: Keep customers informed on order status and tracking information, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to better understand customer needs and continually improve the customer experience.
- Online Presence: Maintain our Shopify store by updating listings, adding new products, and keeping product availability current.
What We’re Looking For:
- A detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple customer orders with precision.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong follow-through with the ability to self-motivate and take initiative.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- A quick learner who’s open to new systems and processes.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
