Shore Gardens Rehab Center, a long-term skilled nursing facility located in Ocean County, New Jersey is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Activity Aide to become part of our team.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Assist in organizing, developing and directing all therapeutic activities for groups or individuals to meet the needs of the residents
- Monitor behavior during daily activities
- Transport residents to and from activities as needed
- Invites and encourages all residents to attend programs as appropriate
- Assist with outings
