Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize patient medical records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all medical documentation.
- Assist healthcare professionals in accessing patient information as needed.
- Update patient records with new information from healthcare providers.
- Respond to requests for medical records from authorized personnel.
- Support the medical office with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
