Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Branch Operations Specialist to join our team. The Branch Operations Specialist is responsible for providing support in the Operations areas of the Bank; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.

Essential Functions Include
- Provides support in the Operations areas of the Bank by performing the following duties:
- Participates in the development and introduction of new products and services.
- Provides support to the branches in resolving customer questions and problems as needed.
- Coordinates Bank programs such as Gift Cards, Check Ordering, Medallion Stamps, and Branch Cash orders through Federal Reserve.
- Provides support in organization of files and projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Promotes an environment and culture to support and improve sales and referral activities to meet overall Affiliate defined goals that correspond with the Shore Bancshares’ goals.
- Identifies and responds to opportunities to communicate affiliates products and services to promote the image of the affiliate and the promote Shore Bancshares’ community of companies’ products and services to potential customers and referring those customers to the proper personnel.
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
- Participates in required training sessions, including training for compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work
- Full-time.
- Non-exempt.
- Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- 1 year experience successfully providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year experience within banking.
- The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.50 hourly based on direct experience.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
