Production Assistant

Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Production Assistant to join our team. Production Assistant is responsible for maintaining communication with clients, realtors, and the high producing bankers they support. The Production Assistant acts as the first point of contact for many leads to aid in the workload of the banker and increase conversion. The Production Assistant supports the mortgage banker and the Loan Coordinator internally while maintaining communication with the client and other parties externally as seen fit. They will maintain communication by optimizing the usage of phone, text, email, CRM utilization, social media, and other methods as necessary.

Essential Functions Include

• Input and evaluate all loan information in the LOS (loan origination system) software for the purpose of creating initial prequalification and loan disclosures.
• Obtain and review documentation in order to prequalify clients and provide responses both accurately and timely.
• Complete all required on-line compliance training by designated due date.
• Complete other administrative duties for the branch as requested.
• Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
• Participate in required training sessions, including training for compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures.

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work

• Full-time.
• Non-exempt.
• Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in office administration in a mortgage lending environment.
  
  

Compensation

• The pay range for this position is $19.90 - $22.54 hourly.
• Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
