Shorehaven Homeowners Association, Inc, is looking to provide first class service to its 899 community of condominium and Two-Family homeowners spread across 40 acres in the Claston Point of the Bronx. The Shorehaven Community boasts beautiful water views, NYC Water Taxi nearby, a beautiful Esplanade that homeowners can walk through daily, tennis courts, basketball court, Olympic size pool with hot tub area, Pool Locker room, fully equipped Fitness area, and a teenager room filled with gaming activities.

Currently this Umbrella Association is looking for highly motivated and responsible individuals that can help bring the highest level of service to its community.

Full Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure 40 sq acre property appearance meets or exceeds Shorehaven standards always including playground/outdoor amenities, community clubhouse, office, gym, pool area, locker rooms, etc.
• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors during Summer and Winter seasons, rain or shine.
• Snow removal required during the winter.
• Must be able to stay on feet for long periods of time and walk across the community.
• Must be able to walk up steps.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to crawl or climb on occasion.
• Assists team by offering support for community functions.
• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash, stripping and waxing floors. Cleaning windows, wiping down doors, sanitize heavy trafficked areas.
• Complete grounds work as directed by Management which may include picking up trash, sorting trash, cleaning common areas and sidewalks, cleaning dumpster areas, removing graffiti, cleaning gym equipment several times a day, cleaning restrooms, etc.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair such as stopping minor leaks, changing light bulbs, patching and painting, caulking, etc.
• Effectively communicate with residents, guests, visitors and staff as needed.
• Must have a license.
• Must show proof of vaccination status.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

We are hiring for Full -Time. Schedules are as follows:

Wednesday – Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm

Friday – Tuesday 6:00am-2:00pm

Must be able to work early morning, afternoons and/or weekends. Schedule TBD.
