Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Mental Helathcare Management and Medical Management, ensuring that our clinical operations meet the highest standards of care. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments to determine appropriate care placement and identifying any factors that may impact a patient’s path to recovery. You will provide individual and group therapy to help clients recognize and manage mental health challenges that influence their recovery journey, while also promoting personal mental health resources as well as overseeing clinical practices, maintaining compliance with CQL(The Council on Quality and Leadership) standards, and fostering a collaborative environment among healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Must have one (1) of the following State of Arkansas Licenses or certifications:
- Psychologist
- Certified Social Worker
- Psychological Examiner - Independent
- Professional Counselor
- Advanced Practice Nurse with, (a) A specialty in psychiatry or mental health: and a minimum of two (2) years clinical experience post master's degree
- Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management roles.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving clinical outcomes.
