Overview
Our orthodontics office is currently seeking a part-time front desk assistant with customer service experience. Duties include welcoming patients with a smile, answering phones, scheduling, collecting payments and verifying insurance. A friendly, positive person with a strong work ethic and attention to detail is needed. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Preference will be given to candidates that are bilingual in Spanish. Great benefits including health, retirement, paid vacation and travel. This position is 26-30 hours/week, Fridays off. Pay commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using software applications relevant to scheduling and appointment management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
