Short's Brewing Company is hiring Seasonal Pubtenders to join our staff this summer! Pubtenders are responsible for the day-to-day customer service operations of our pub in Bellaire. They greet customers, answer questions, and explain menu items and specials. They interact with guests and are excited to educate them on our beer, food, and Short’s culture. Pubtenders take food and drink orders, pour beer, fill sample flights, run food, bus tables, and help maintain the cleanliness of the pub. Our Pubtenders must be great multi-taskers, comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and high-energy environment, able to stand for an entire shift, and must have a passion for very high standards of hospitality. Availability on weekends, evenings, and during busy holidays is required. Prior serving, bartending or professional customer service experience is required.
