Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide relevant information.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with resolving payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and assist with implementing solutions.
