The Senior Area Operations Manager plays a vital role in the success of our organization, reporting directly to the Regional Director. This position oversees the daily operations of multiple stores within their assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day store operations, managing inventory levels, stock counts, and controls. Maintain accurate bookkeeping, prepare bank deposits, and reconcile tills and cash.
- Customer Experience: Implement and enforce company standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety protocols. Address customer complaints and comments in a timely manner, fostering a positive store environment.
- Leadership Development: Provide guidance and direction to store staff, leading by example and supporting all roles and responsibilities within designated stores. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Communication Effectiveness: Communicate new policies and promotions to the team, ensuring seamless implementation. Order and return products, manage invoices, and troubleshoot errors efficiently.
- Employee Relations: Verify timecards for employees and approve paid time off as needed, maintaining open communication channels.
