Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify potential problems.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and any necessary repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

• Lansing, MI 48906: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
