We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Removal team member. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from driveways, parking lots, side walks, and other designated areas during winter weather conditions. Responsibilities
- Operate snow plow vehicles and equipment to clear snow and ice from roadways and parking areas.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plowing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively.
- Conduct groundskeeping tasks as needed, including tree trimming, landscaping, and lawn care during off-season periods.
- Utilize power tools for various tasks such as digging, building, and maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.
Skills
- Proficient in snow plowing techniques and operation of related machinery.
