The Ridge provides personalized residential psychiatric treatment for teens and young adults from ages 12 to 20 within transformative residential facilities in the New Hampshire area!
As a Lead Care Coordinator here with Ridge RTC, you will be presented with the unique opportunity to oversee the mental wellness journey of youth clients.
As a Lead Care Coordinator, You Will:
- Develop a clinical team that implements the company’s core beliefs into all aspects of client care and program services.
- Guiding residents through daily activities including meal time, group activities, group, and individual therapy, and ensuring an overall productive day for each patient in treatment.
- Monitor, organize, and execute all monthly checks and maintain the monthly logs (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, evacuation drills, fridge logs, etc.) to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Effectively communicates with all staff on-site regarding patient care and patient updates including clinical directors, clinical therapists, nursing staff, program directors, and more.
- Oversees the productivity of the program, under the direction of clinical supervisors, to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services.
- Provides CPR, wound care, or medication management as needed under the direction of clinical staff.
- Manages the promotion and maintenance of a safe and secure environment that allows for the proper delivery of care.
Exciting Qualities You May Have:
- Previous residential or intensive outpatient experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of the program.
- Previous experience in clinical staff management or in other related management positions.
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
