ShotVet is seeking skilled call center agents to work On-Site at our Longwood, FL office. Join our growing team of folks who help pet parents find our pop-up events, locate records, purchase products and packages, etc. We are one of the fastest growing companies in America!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Love for dogs and cats
- Enjoy helping people in a calm and loving way
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred***
- Must be able to work weekends as regular schedule***
- Can handle multiple calls and chats
- Desire to learn about different veterinary vaccines and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior exposure to Dialpad
- Experience in a call center or veterinary setting
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls / chats and responding to client inquiries and concerns
- Providing accurate information about our services and products
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our field team
- Maintaining client records and updating our database
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED. NO REMOTE POSITIONS. FULL & PART TIME AVAILABLE. BACKGROUND & DRUG TEST REQUIRED.
