experienced and passionate Basketball Trainer to join our team and help players reach their full

potential.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Basketball Trainer/Coach to lead group training sessions

sessions, enhance player development, and contribute to the overall success of Shovel Town Basketball Club Basketball Club. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of basketball fundamentals,

effective coaching techniques, and a passion for working with athletes of various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead group basketball training sessions, focusing on skill development and overall

performance improvement.

 Provide feedback and constructive advice to players to help them progress and refine

their basketball skills.

 Organize and run basketball drills that enhance player fundamentals such as shooting,

ball-handling, passing, defense, and teamwork..

 Opportunity to coach one of our AAU Basketball Teams

Qualifications:

 Previous experience playing or coaching basketball at a competitive level preferred but

not necessary.

 Strong knowledge of basketball techniques, strategies, and training methodologies.

 Ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels.

 CPR and First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain).

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience working with youth or high school athletes.

 A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
