The primary goal of solutions management is to create buy-in for the IT solutions and vision both internally and with key external partners. To drive value with existing IT Solutions, translating solution strategy into detailed requirements, workflow, and integration.

Key responsibilities & duties

1. Gain a deep understanding of staff and faculty experience, identify and fill solution gaps and generate new ideas that drive growth.
2. Generate buy-in for the vision both internally and with key external partners.
3. Scope and prioritize activities based on school operation and classroom instruction
4. Assist the Director with possible IT solution strategies and detailed requirements and workflows.
5. Help drive solution launches, including working with administration, staff, and faculty district-wide
6. Assist the Director with evaluations of IT solution strategies and ensure that the message is effectively conveyed.
7. Act as a solution evangelist to build awareness and understanding
8. Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
9. Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
10. Leads teams of stakeholders in the implementation of new IT strategies
