Responsibilities :
- Maintaining Inventory Levels
- Receive and track all hardware inventory to include cycle counts and end-of-year
- Order new materials and products when necessary
- Ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet demand
- Monitor Inventory Movement
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in accepting deliveries to be sure what is received is correct and undamaged
- Ensure inventory is properly stored and organized
- Conduct inventory audits
- Ensure all materials and products are accounted for and inventory levels are accurate
- Identify and reconcile any discrepancies
- Make necessary adjustments to inventory records
- Coordinating with production teams
- Communicate with production teams and PM’s to ensure that materials and products are available when needed
- Read drawings and material sheets to pick and issue parts from inventory for shop / production
- Assist Warehouse Manager and VP of Manufacturing as needed
- Receiving
- Shipping
- Pick up hardware / parts
