Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
- Support the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Maintain marketing databases and assist in CRM management.
- Support the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Assist with website updates and content management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
