Essential Functions :
- Oversee daily operations of the service department and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and guide service teams to improve performance and achieve service goals.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for service delivery and customer service.
- Monitor and manage the department's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, train, and mentor service staff, including performance appraisals and setting professional development goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on department performance to senior management.
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and tools for the service teams.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to optimize overall operation efficiency.
