Job Description: We are seeking motivated and creative individuals for our Cabinet Designer Internship program. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in the field of cabinet design and manufacturing. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced designers to create custom cabinet solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of custom cabinet projects.
- Place orders through Showplace Pro for dealers if the job sells.
- Create detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Use design software to produce accurate and high-quality renderings.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Learn about different materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design).
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
