An executive assistant to a CEO supports the CEO's daily activities by managing their schedule, travel, and communications. They also provide administrative support and represent the CEO's office.
1099 Contractor Position.
Responsibilities
- Research : Research topics on behalf of the CEO
- Reporting : Prepare reports, agendas, and presentations
- Events : Plan and coordinate events, including meetings, conferences, and strategy days
- Board support : Assist with board meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Confidentiality : Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Calendar management : Organize and update the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel
- Communication : Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications
- Travel : Arrange travel plans, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Project management : Take on specific projects to support the CEO and their team
- Assist Team members as directed with sales / Customer service.
