Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for diagnosing and resolving computer issues, helping retail clients in person and via phone, as well as performing computer builds and hardware upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Hardware and Software Installation: Installing and configuring new hardware and software on client systems, including updates, components, and patches.
- Strong Customer Service: Helping our clients understand their technology requires some patience and diligence to get down to the root problem, diagnose, and advise on the solution.
- Client Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing status updates on issues, and addressing their technical concerns.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to our Hudson office location
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Virus Scans, Hardware components, and Software (Microsoft, Google Chrome, Adobe, and Quickbooks would be a plus)
