We provide ways to help reduce costs and improve the performance of truck tires, lubricants, and mechanical services.
Description:
- Consult with existing and new customers that have a need for truck tires, lubricants and mechanical services work within their companies
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and explain the services and products offered and close new business
- Work closely with technicians in each shop to understand each fleet customer’s mix of equipment and needs to determine upselling opportunities to the fleet.
- Communicate on a regular basis with fleet customers to maintain feedback of service received and offer continuous improvement to the store manager and/or technician.
- Advise management in determining training and equipment needs that will further enhance the services required by fleets.
