The Marketing Intern will assist in projects that support the marketing team at Shrader Tire & Oil. The intern will bring video production and editing skills and be ready to tackle routine and complex video projects for internal and external use. Candidate should have a portfolio that demonstrates strong video capability and a marketing background.
Video Production Shooting, editing and finished production of training, sales support and related video projects.
Social Media - Produce entries for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google . Promote website, STO brand, special offers, job listings, open houses and other special announcements.
Open Houses / Special Events - Coordinate details for customer functions of all kinds
Company Newsletter - Design and produce weekly company newsletter.
Requirements
Candidates must have a strong understanding of content writing and digital communications. Excellent organizational, written and oral skills are a must in order to work independently and manage projects with multiple facets.
Must have experience with video production, editing raw footage, audio sweetening and postproduction finishing operations
Arrange / coordinate video productions shoots (locations, talent, crew)
Research trends and make recommendations to department for software and equipment purchases if necessary
Organize, publish and optimize media on third party websites such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms
Adaptive to change with flexibility, and a positive attitude
Creation and editing of digital video content for internal and external communication
Software Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially Adobe Premiere Pro.
