Dental Scheduling Coordinator-
We are currently searching for a Dental Scheduling Coordinator in our office! The successful candidates will be a team player, fast learner, reliable and have a positive attitude. Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. Working a day shift; Monday- Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 9a-5p , pay rate is $17.00.

Qualifications:
- Speak clearly to customers using empathy and compassion.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Explain the different treatments to customers.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills.
- Previous experience in a call center environment highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a dentistry setting highly preferred.
- Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
