The Main Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining complete knowledge of Shrimp Basket food and beverage preparation, menu, and Limited Time Offers (LTOs).
- Taking orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items.
- Preparing orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Using a computer to ring orders into a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Suggestively selling and serving food and drinks to multiple tables.
- Refilling drinks as needed by customers.
- Accepting different types of payment and making change.
- Interacting with customers, management, and coworkers in a friendly and efficient manner.
