We have an opportunity for a Nurse Manager, Inpatient Services.Responsibilities

• The Nurse Manager provides leadership in working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• The Nurse Manager maintains clinical skills and acts as both a clinical leader and resource nurse, as well as, administrative leader, assuming 24-hour responsibility for the unit.
• This position will be responsible for overseeing daily nursing practice in an assigned department to ensure that safe and appropriate care is provided.
• The Nurse Manager will collaborate actively with medical, administrative, and interdisciplinary leadership to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.Note : This is not an all-inclusive list of this job's responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.QualificationsRequired : Bachelor 's degree (BSN)Active RN license in state of practice5 years' experience as a nurse3 years' experience in leadership positionBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred : 1 Year of Pediatric experience1 year experience in clinical researchPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
