Job Title: Pharmacy Service Representative
This position focuses on delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
Main Job Duties:
- Engage with customers to offer timely, friendly, and professional support.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace for seamless operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in cash handling and Front Register Cashier duties.
- Familiarize yourself with the pharmacy computer system, focusing on workflow management.
- Efficiently process prescription bagging and generate courier manifests.
- Process charge account payments and manage daily cash delivery accounts.
- Evaluate wait times and prioritize customer support accordingly.
- Gain basic knowledge of DME equipment to address customer inquiries and complete relevant paperwork accurately.
- Monitor and update sales and log records, as well as maintain accurate signature logs.
- Promote pharmacy services to every customer interaction.
- Acknowledge and adhere to standard pharmacy closing procedures, including restocking processes.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant experience as a cashier, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting, is highly valued.
