Summary
The Analyst, Business Analytics offers intelligence and insight to support divisions throughout SHRM. This position is responsible for thoroughly understanding the organization's data and business needs to help translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze large data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, root causes, and business improvement opportunities, and visualize those findings using traditional and digital data visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or SQL.
- Support a fact-based culture to drive decision-making and business investments.
- Support business units in understanding their data needs and by providing actionable insights.
- Support Business Intelligence data efforts through quality assurance and due diligence.
- Enhance data collection procedures and create and maintain documentation for BI solutions to support and improve the validity of SHRM's reporting.
- Provide ad hoc analyses for various business units.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

The hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $92,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
