Analytics Program Analyst

• Provide direct support to the Industrial Assessment Director.
• Configure reports in alignment to Tableau standards, requirements, and best practices.
• Build and maintain Tableau visual dashboards.
• Use information visualization to turn data into professionally designed dashboards.
• Build, develop, and maintain repeatable, accurate, and credible metrics, dashboards, and reports, to better integrate processes.
• Ensure dashboards and reports are configured correctly and meet the standards set by Tableau.
• Identify and leverage Tableau capabilities for specific dataset and use cases, assess data sources to optimize quality and accuracy of reporting output.
• Create analytic pipelines, handle analytical datasets, and use analytical instruments.
• Standardize client dashboards and reports across the program.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize the intake, data validation, data analysis, and reporting processes.
• Prepare management reporting and presentation materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance by identifying trends and sources of variation.
• Develop required Tableau content reports and dashboards.
• Design and implement data models to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Understand, identify and effectively communicate risk, opportunities, and challenges.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Design, develop, and update operational and performance metrics that measure the status of objectives and their impact.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources.

• Experience working on Reporting and Data Analytics design and development through Tableau.
• Knowledge of Ad Hoc Analysis, analysis documentation, analysis planning, and various analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint for data tracking and analysis is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
• Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
