Responsibilities
- As a PM, you will own and drive the successful delivery of the Unified Developer Portal.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, back-end, product design) to define, design, architect, and deliver features.
- Ensure timelines, risks, and dependencies are managed effectively.
- Define and groom detailed epics, user stories, and features for both front-end and back-end requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and development goals.
- You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, design, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements, address doubts, and ensure alignment.
- Generate weekly status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- For the developer portal, you will have regulatory and compliance awareness to account for regional compliance requirements (North America and EMEA) in product design and functionality.
- Ensure that onboarding processes (e.g., KYC, KYB) and third-party integrations meet regulatory standards.
- Ensure the portal supports developer onboarding, SDK integration, and product testing effectively.
- Map and evaluate developer journeys, identifying and addressing potential gaps.
- You will monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in multinational, cross-functional teams delivering large-scale projects in highly regulated industries (preferably Payments or Financial Services)
- Experience with developer portals and deep understanding of developer requirements, including SDK enablement and software testing
- Expertise in working with Headless CMS (Magnolia, Crafter) and managing product delivery across front-end and back-end teams.
- Expertise in working with Figma, Miro and Notion.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to organize backlogs, groom user stories, and facilitate internal discussions to prioritize business needs.
- Adept at identifying risks and gaps, mitigating them effectively, and ensuring smooth project progress.
- Solid understanding of regional compliance standards across North America and EMEA.
- Proficiency crafting and understanding deep, complex technical, topology and architecture diagrams, with ability to infer insights, trade-offs, and constraints.
- Proficiency translating such diagrams and technical documentation to business stakeholders, design, and ops teams.
- Proficiency in working with third-party providers, such as KYC/KYB integrators
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in building developer communities or driving developer-focused initiatives.
- Familiarity with e-signature solutions and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
