Established in 2014 by sushi chefs Nick Kim and Jimmy Lau, Shuko seeks to marry innovative technique with traditional Japanese cuisine and local produce to provide a uniquely New York take on the omakase experience. We are searching for an an Assistant Sommelier / Bartender to join our team.
Must haves :
- Intermediate wine and sake knowledge
- Some knowledge in Japanese Whisky
- Ability to make specialty and classic cocktails.
- Abiltity to lift 25 pounds
