As a full-time Paralegal in our Immigration Business Sector, you will work on all aspects of business immigration including preparing visa cases from beginning to end. You will be responsible for determining documentation required, and working with the client to identify, acquire and revise their documents. The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of paralegal experience with a desire to focus their career on immigration law work. The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and take ownership. While a paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is preferred, it is not required.

Education, Experience and Skills Desired:
- Minimum 1 years of paralegal experience preferred
- H1B or PERM, or other immigration law experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals
- Superior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the Internet
- Project and case management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting frequently, six out of eight hours per day
- Sitting position static for up to one-half hour at a time
- Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to one hour per day
- Bending and stooping occasionally, up to one-half hour per day
