Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with account reconciliations, journal entries, prepare billing and post payments to accounts.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry and maintaining general ledger accounts
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Utilize QuickBooks financial software to track transactions and generate reports
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions for audit purposes
- Assist in other duties
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor degree in Business or Accounting required
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Experience with account receivable and account payable is preferred
- Knowledge of financial concepts and terminology is essential
- Previous experience using financial software, particularly QuickBooks, is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively
- Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required
