We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team at, a leading personal care product company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing exceptional customer support. This role requires multitasking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication with customers, the warehouse team, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct. Follow up with customers to verify order details and confirm delivery timelines.
- Customer Service Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and product quality. Provide timely and empathetic responses via phone, email, or chat.
- Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify stock availability, track order shipments, and confirm product delivery dates.
- Delivery Verification: Monitor the status of all customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delivery discrepancies. Keep customers informed of delays or issues as necessary.
- Inbox Management: Oversee the company’s customer service inbox, prioritize requests, and ensure quick resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Quickly assess and resolve customer complaints or issues related to orders, delivery, or products in a professional and positive manner.
- Feedback Management: Actively listen to customer feedback, report recurring concerns, and provide insights for product or service improvements. Demonstrate a willingness to adapt and improve based on feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams including sales, warehouse, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to product delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience in consumer package goods company
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stay organized.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer concerns.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
