Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines.
- Program machines and adjust parameters for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical components.
- Monitor quality and ensure parts meet specifications.
- Collaborate on process improvements and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in the training of new operators as needed.
Skills
- 2 years of experience with injection molding machines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to program and adjust machine settings.
