Job Title: IT Intern
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Yankton, SD
Job Functions:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Assist and support with answering 1st Tier support calls.
- Log ticketing data and inquiring with the end user about situational details.
- Monitor ticketing system and hardware inventory.
- Provide data entry, including discovery, entering, updating, and maintaining.
- Assist with electronic organization with technical documentation.
- Ability to learn skills related to technical troubleshooting.
- Provide support for various technical tasks and projects.
- Participate in frequent team stand-ups.
- Research technical solutions and provide summarized reporting.
- Ability to communicate with others in a professional setting.
- Actively working towards a technology degree/career.
- Able to learn new things quickly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience:
Any combination of education and/or experience within the IT Field or related courses.
Working knowledge of computer hardware and software capabilities.
