Job Duties: Shure Inc. seeks Engineers Sr, Data Science in Niles, IL to work in a collaborative environment to brainstorm and identify forward leaning and valuable use cases involving machine learning and artificial intelligence. Investigate and implement cutting edge metrics for media quality. Implement automated methods to measure performance of machine learning model against wide range of quality metrics. Telecommuting/work from home allowed within commutable distance.

Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The base salary range for this position is between $122,100 - $195,400. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for this opportunity. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
