Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize market leads and opportunities, through meetings, networking, and other channels, to reach potential new customers to create and drive additional demand.
- Develop and provide product presentations and demonstrations for end users, consultants, rental companies, and integrators - to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of Shure’s product categories and implement strategic plans for each subvertical.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct training sessions to educate customers on product benefits, as well as monitor and report on effectiveness of education/training efforts within the MEA market.
- Work with Marketing on technical and logistical support for conferences, seminars, and other special events.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Identify the market trends & design solutions that meet customer’s needs.
- Establishing and maintaining effective methods of communication between the teams involved in design work throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Professional with a comprehensive commercial & technical knowledge of Audio and/or IT. The successful candidates should have multinational experience.
- Thorough understanding of industry practices, workflow, and terminology. Background or experience within Audio Visual Integration, Video Conferencing, live sound, and related fields is preferred.
- CTS-D certified preferred.
- Proven experience in handling projects & events in MEA markets with focus on Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in designing complete AV solutions for complex projects.
- Experience of drafting programs and competence with Audio DSP Platforms required.
- Multinational background and experience in dealing with consultants, systems integrators, and end users.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to create solutions for difficult assignments of diverse scope.
- Able to handle multiple assignments and to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors and adapt as needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills.
- High level of English required. Arabic knowledge would be a benefit.
