We only work 3-4 days a week! Our facilities operate four different 12-hour shifts. Currently, we are looking to fill positions on the following shifts.

- 1st Shift: Mon - Wed ( every other Thurs during peak season), 4am – 4pm
- 2nd Shift: Mon – Wed ( every other Thurs during peak season), 4pm – 4am ( $1/hr shift diff.)
- 4th Shift: Fri – Sun ( every other Thurs during peak season), 4pm – 4am ( $2/hr shift diff)

- Safety:
- Comprehend and adhere to all safety guidelines including participating in safety training and contributing to a safe work environment

- Quality:
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any issues or defects and taking corrective action when necessary
- Assure consumables and equipment settings are maintained at specifications
- Productivity:
- Understand department production processes and standards, and support adherence
- Consistently exceeds equipment throughput standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly, if unable to resolve, escalate accordingly
- Optimize equipment performance, including performing preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Coordinate and organize associates for efficient production. o Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Teamwork:
- Train and mentor employees on proper methods of equipment operation
- Provide feedback on operator technical knowledge as requested
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals met
- Serve as back up for Production Lead
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Other duties as assigned.
- The ability to work safely, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Ability to use a multimeter
- Capable of removing components and replacing as needed
- Understand air logic on equipment components
- Hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues
- Mechanical aptitude and skillset to perform adjustments and maintenance on mechanical systems
- Understand documentation of maintenance and repair procedure
- Strong organizational skills, including maintaining a clean work environment
- Follow written and oral instructions and a “procedure-oriented” approach to tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with team to implement changes
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with high-volume, repetitive manufacturing equipment
- Able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., mobility to crouch, kneel, reach, bend and do repetitive actions with hands and arms
- High school or vocational/technical school diploma or certificate
- Experience working with high-voltage equipment (480V)
- Must be flexible on work schedule
- Has a general understanding of some or all the following: Mechanical, PLC, ACDC Drives, Basic Electricity & Electronics, Arc Flash
