Description
To design and produce collateral that supports a unified employee communications and branding strategy that aligns with Navy Federal's strategic goals, encourages engagement and strengthens the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. Perform moderately complex / varied tasks with moderate latitude and impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute designs and visual branding for internal communication products and services including online, print, multimedia, presentation, display and other interactive collateral
- Participate in strategic / conceptual development meetings with clients to determine project requirements, objectives and creative direction
- Serve as creative resource and point of contact for management on design and branding standards, vendor selection and production methods and timelines
- Present creative concepts to Lead Graphic Designer and Supervisor for communication campaigns
- Create and implement designs for projects
- Serve on teams and task groups for projects / initiatives within the business unit & / or across the organization
- Monitor assigned projects to ensure that goals and objectives are completed according to schedule; collaborate with project teams to ensure all business needs are met
- Incorporate and leverage best industry practices while maintaining alignment with Navy Federal goals and capabilities
- May provide photographic support for internal events / activities
- Support and take occasional direction from colleague(s) who lead design for large scale projects
- Research online libraries for images to support design team projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Desired - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
